The agreement is binding once the buyer has placed an order and received an order confirmation (typically by email). The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the information in the order is correct (date/time, number of seats, contact information).
All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable. Any fees (e.g., ticket or administrative fees) will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.
Payment is processed at checkout using the payment methods available at any given time, including Vipps, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
For card payments, the amount is reserved or charged in accordance with the card issuer and the selected payment option. When paying via Klarna, Klarna’s terms and conditions apply to the payment method selected by the buyer.
Tickets/seat confirmations are provided electronically (e.g., via email or order confirmation). The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct email address and retaining the ticket/receipt. The seller may require the ticket/receipt to be presented at the entrance.

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of services related to recreational activities (such as events, concerts, or courses) when the agreement pertains to a specific date or a specific time period, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.
9.1 Buyer’s Cancellation/Rebooking
The purchase of tickets/seats is binding. As a general rule, tickets/seats cannot be canceled, changed, resold through us, or refunded for any reason (including illness, travel difficulties, weather, or other circumstances on the buyer’s part), unless otherwise expressly stated for the specific event.
9.2 Changes Made by the Seller
The seller may make necessary changes to the program or content, including changes to minor elements, without this entitling the customer to a refund. In the event of significant changes (such as rescheduling to a different date), the seller may offer a rebooking, a gift certificate, or a refund.
9.3 Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the seller, the ticket price (including mandatory fees) will normally be refunded. The refund does not cover the buyer’s own expenses, such as travel, lodging, or lost wages.
9.4 Force Majeure
The Seller is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (such as fire, strikes, natural disasters, or government orders). In such cases, the Seller may offer a rebooking, a gift certificate, or a refund where practicable.
Returns do not apply to tickets or seats. For any physical goods that must be picked up in person, returns are permitted only if this is expressly stated for the item in question. In such cases, returns must be arranged by emailing janne@gransvilla.no, and any applicable terms (deadline, condition, documentation) must be specified on the product page.
In the event of errors or omissions in the delivery (such as an incorrect ticket, an incorrect time specified, or technical issues with ticket delivery), the buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible at janne@gransvilla.no, providing the order number and a description of the issue. The seller will attempt to correct the error without undue delay and consider a price reduction or refund where appropriate.
The seller processes personal information to complete the purchase (order processing, payment, access control, and customer service). Further information can be found in the seller's privacy policy on the website.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers may submit disputes to the relevant public complaint bodies in Norway (e.g., the Consumer Council/Consumer Complaints Board) where applicable.
